Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are subject to a 50% non-refundable charge of the total order. Alternatively, clients may reschedule their event date FREE of charge, subject to availability. BOOKING POLICY: 48-Hour Advance Booking Required To ensure proper scheduling, delivery, setup, and preparation of your rental, all online bookings must be made at least 48 hours before your event date and time.
