Chipmunk Bounce Houses is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team.We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Bounce House Installers to assist with the delivery, setup, pickup, cleaning, and preparation of our rental equipment.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Bounce House Installer, you will be responsible for:Delivering and professionally installing bounce houses, water slides, and other rental equipment at customer locations.Safely setting up and securing equipment before each event.Returning at the end of each party or rental period to break down and pick up equipment.Cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing bounce houses and equipment for upcoming rentals.Assisting with warehouse organization and preparation on cleaning and prep days.Providing professional and courteous service when interacting with customers.Following company safety procedures and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for team members who are:Available to work weekends — required.Professional, dependable, and responsible.Hardworking with a strong work ethic.Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job correctly.Comfortable working outdoors and in Florida weather conditions.Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and physically demanding work.Able to work efficiently as part of a team.Ready to learn, take responsibility, and grow with our company.Compensation$20 per hour + TipsBoth Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.If you are someone who takes pride in your work, shows up ready to work, and wants an opportunity to grow with a growing local company, we want to hear from you.Ready to Join the Chipmunk Team?Apply today and tell us why you would be a great fit for Chipmunk Bounce Houses.
