Our inflatable bounce houses are designed to bring entertainment to birthday parties, family gatherings, school events, corporate celebrations, and other special occasions throughout Naples and Ave Maria, Florida.

Important Safety Guidelines

For the safety of all participants and to help maintain our equipment in excellent condition, we ask that all customers follow these guidelines:

• Capacity Limits: Depending on the inflatable's size and design, bounce houses may accommodate approximately 4–8 children at a time. Always follow the specific unit's posted capacity, weight, and height restrictions.

• Adult Supervision: A responsible adult must actively supervise children at all times while the inflatable is in use. Children must never be left unattended.

• Footwear & Personal Items: All participants must remove shoes, jewelry, glasses, and other potentially hazardous accessories before entering.

• Age & Size Separation: Participants should be grouped according to similar ages and sizes to help reduce the risk of injury.

• Prohibited Items: Sharp objects, food, beverages, chewing gum, pets, confetti, silly string, soap, and other substances that could damage or stain the inflatable are strictly prohibited.

• Water Usage: Water, sprinklers, and hoses must not be used on any inflatable unless it is specifically designed and approved for wet use.

• Safe Play: Flips, roughhousing, wrestling, climbing exterior walls, and other unsafe activities are prohibited.

• Weather Conditions: Inflatables must not be operated during thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, or other unsafe weather conditions. Operation must stop when conditions become unsafe, following the manufacturer's guidelines.

• Proper Setup: Inflatables must remain properly anchored and connected to their required power source throughout operation. Customers must not move, disconnect, or modify installed equipment without authorization.

Our Commitment to Safety

Many of our inflatables feature enclosed play areas, protective mesh walls, and convenient entry and exit ramps. These features are designed to support safer play when equipment is used correctly and under continuous adult supervision.

Our team follows equipment setup procedures and checks inflatables during installation. However, inflatable activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, and other injuries. Safety features and professional installation do not eliminate these risks.

Customer Responsibility & Disclaimer

By renting equipment from Chipmunk Bounce Houses, the customer acknowledges responsibility for ensuring that all participants follow the applicable safety instructions, posted equipment rules, and manufacturer guidelines throughout the rental period.

The customer is responsible for providing continuous adult supervision, maintaining a safe play environment, and immediately discontinuing use if unsafe conditions arise.

Chipmunk Bounce Houses does not guarantee an injury-free experience. Participation in inflatable activities involves inherent risks, and all equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
