This rental option includes up to 5 rectangular folding tables, making it a convenient choice for birthday parties, family gatherings, school events, corporate functions, food service, gift tables, registration areas, and more. Each table measures approximately 3 ft x 6 ft and features a durable gray plastic surface suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Cancellation Policy
At Chipmunk Bounce Houses, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our customers while also protecting the scheduling, preparation, staffing, and equipment reserved specifically for your event. CANCELLATIONS MADE 3 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT If you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your scheduled event date, you are eligible to receive a full refund of all amounts paid toward your reservation. For example, if your event is scheduled for Saturday, your cancellation must be submitted no later than Wednesday to qualify for a full refund. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled event date are subject to a 50% non-refundable charge based on the total value of the order. Any amount paid above the 50% cancellation charge will be refunded to the original payment method, when applicable. This policy applies because equipment, delivery schedules, staffing, and inventory may have already been reserved specifically for your event, limiting our ability to accept another reservation for that equipment. FREE RESCHEDULING OPTION Instead of cancelling, customers may choose to reschedule their event FREE of charge. There is no rescheduling fee; however, all rescheduled reservations are subject to equipment, date, delivery, and time-slot availability. If the originally reserved equipment is unavailable for the new event date, our team will work with you to identify available alternatives whenever possible. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be submitted as soon as possible. The effective cancellation date will be the date and time the request is received by Chipmunk Bounce Houses. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider. By completing a reservation with Chipmunk Bounce Houses, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
